“And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life;” Genesis 3:17

Because of sin, the earth was cursed. But when Jesus died, not only were we redeemed, but the whole Earth was redeemed from the effects of sin. So we, the Body and Bride of Christ, have been given the privilege of bringing the Kingdom of Heaven to a redeemed Earth. Its a faith image, and as we walk in faith, we come into agreement with God’s will and His power to perform His will.
